	Partition of real property:		Two or more people own a house, but one or more of the owners refuses to sell and split the proceeds fairly.
	Partnership dissolutions:		Partnerships are not always forever; sometimes it's best to settle accounts and begin life anew.
	Insurance disputes:		Whether insurance exists for a loss, the extent of coverage, and the amount of damages are common disputes.
	Failure to disclose:		Homeowners are required to disclose defects when selling a house. When they don't, we get involved.
	Contracts:		When a dispute exists over performance of a contract, we can help.
